2795 (Tender) Maintenance of Lifts & Escalators



South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced provider of the above Services


The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with an option to SYPTE to extend by up to 2 further years.


Services summary

The services will include the following but is not limited to:-


Planned maintenance works and statutory testing in line with legislation and best practice of 10 passenger lifts, 1 platform lift and 3 escalators


Reactive maintenance/repair during working hours and outside working hours, including emergency cover


Reactive maintenance/repair work on lifts to be an all-inclusive contract for parts and labour




Interchanges at Sheffield, Rotherham, Meadowhall and Barnsley


Mini-Interchange at Adwick


            General buildings - Head Office Building, Broad Street West, Sheffield


Estimated value £30,000 per annum
