Consultation and market research
Consultation forms an integral part of informing the development and delivery of the services provided by us and the services provided in partnership with us by the operating companies and district councils.
Consultation occurs at a number of levels ranging from small-scale community focused consultation, through Area Forum consultation to county-wide strategic stakeholder consultation.
We have adopted the consultation principles and best practice set out by the Local Transport Plan (LTP), the Audit Commission and national and local best practice guidance. We are members of the Passenger Transport Executive Group (PTEG) and share knowledge, learning and good practice with other Passenger Transport Executives and partner organisations.
