Transport User Groups
Transport User Groups provide independent scrutiny of the policies and priorities of transport in South Yorkshire.
Local Transport User Groups
There are a number of local transport user groups across the county who run independently and look at local transport related issues. These meetings are attended by operators and representatives from SYPTE, when the agenda requires attendance.
If you are interested in attending a Local Transport User Group then please contact Clare Cocken, Corporate Communications and Engagement Manager, on 0114 221 1452 who will be able to put you in contact with the relevant chair.
South Yorkshire Transport User Group
The South Yorkshire Transport User Group (SYTUG) supports activities aimed at improving public transport in the four local authorities of South Yorkshire. It champions the interests of passengers and independently scrutinises transport policies and priorities.
The group meets quarterly, primarily at SYPTE Head Office, 11 Broad Street West, Sheffield.
Meetings are open to members and invited guests. If you would like to find out more about becoming a member please contact Clare Cocken, Corporate Communications and Engagement Manager, on 0114 221 1452.
