Travel South Yorkshire will celebrate its commitment to customers this week for National Customer Service Week. From 3 to 7 October, Travel South Yorkshire (TSY) will offer advice to the public at information stands at Rotherham, Sheffield, Meadowhall, Doncaster and Barnsley interchanges and help customers with planning a journey, getting to work on time, avoiding disruptions and staying safe. TSY’s involvement in National Customer Service Week (NCSW) - an Institute of Customer Service initiative - also aims to encourage members of the public to have their say on public transport services in South Yorkshire, and raise awareness of the quarterly bus timetable changes later this month.Ben Still, Director of Strategy, South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive, will be at the Sheffield Information and Contact Centre on Tuesday 4 October at 9am as part of NCSW to spend time with staff and help take some calls. Ben said: "We put the customer at the heart of what we do to make using public transport as easy as possible.
