Salary - £13, 020 - £15, 259 per annum pro rata
Can you meet the challenge?
The post involves providing our customers with a comprehensive information service and
assistance with all customer enquiries. The post holders will need to operate electronic
information enquiry systems in an efficient manner to produce journey plans to meet customer
requirements
Do you have the qualities?
Do you have previous experience within a customer service environment; in addition the
successful candidate will also have experience of handling customer enquiries in a
confidential manner, as well as the following qualities?
Team Player
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong customer focus
Able to handle difficult situations in a calm manner
Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers
Along with the above applicants must also have:
The ability to interpret timetables
The ability to interpret maps, although this is not essential
