Human Resources Officer (Maternity Cover)
upto 9months Fixed Term Contract
£22,416 - £26,228 per annum
Can you meet the challenge?
We are looking for an experienced and organized individual to come and join out small HR team on a fixed term basis; you will be supporting the HR Business Partner Manager in providing human resources service to managers and employees across the organisation.
You will be responsible for advising and supporting managers on HR related matters for their teams, particularly regarding recruitment advertising and administration, terms and conditions of employment; policies, procedures and working practices.
Do you have the qualities?
The successful candidate with have previous experience of working in a HR environment along will proven administration and computer literacy skills, ideally CIPD qualified or working towards a recognised HR qualification.
You should have a knowledge of Employee relations and relevant UK and EU law which related to employment law as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering a high quality service to our customers.
