Fixed Term Contract - upto 10 months (Maternity Cover)

£22,640 - £26,490 per annum

 

Can you meet the challenge?

We are looking for someone to come and join our team of customer service managers who are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of major interchange/satellite units and associated site based retail and customer service operations

 

Do you have the qualities?

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate proven experience of work within a customer services environments as well as previous supervisory and retail experience The key quality you will bring to this role is enthusiasm to use your skills to provide a high level service to our customers. In addition to the above you will need the following qualities; • Customer & Stakeholder Driven – Works to exceed expectations • Team working - Encourages and supports others • Administration skills – Prioritises and co-ordinates activities • Building & Managing Relationships – Develops key relationships
