Can you meet the challenge?

We are looking for a strong customer service oriented person to provide customers with a comprehensive information service and assistance with all customer enquiries. The successful candidate will have a passion for customers and service excellence; and the ability to operate electronic information enquiry systems in an efficient manner.


Do you have the qualities?

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a customer service environment; being educated to GCSE standard in Maths and English (or equivalent), with experience of handling customer enquiries in a confident manner. Additionally you will need to have the following qualities: •Team Player •Excellent verbal communication skills •Strong customer focus •Able to handle difficult situations in a calm manner •Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers
