How we work with our Customers

The people, businesses and communities we are here to serve are extremely important to us and influence everything we do.  We are working to develop and deliver a public transport network that meets the needs of everyone in South Yorkshire, so listening to what you tell us and then acting upon it is vital.

Our Customer Charter outlines our commitment to put customers at the very centre of what we do. It explains:

· How we work with others to help deliver our services

· How we can support you in accessing the right information, services and help

· What you can do if you are unhappy with one of our services.

SYPTE is recognised as an organisation that is achieving Customer Service Excellence. In 2019, we were successfully assessed against five criteria of Customer Service Excellence (customer insight, organisational culture, information and access, delivery and timeliness and quality of service) and awarded the Standard.
